"Build me up buttercup" Original Painting

This painting was created as part of "Emerge" - a collaborative exhibition with my wonderful friend and artist Caoimhe Heaney. The butterfly became the central motif from which the exhibition unraveled. \n \nFor me, the butterfly is a symbol of transformation, hope, and connection to the spiritual realm. I find there is a wonderful sense of nostalgia with it too and its links to childhood memories. "Build me up buttercup", with its wonderful greeny blues and buttercup yellow sings Summer! It is full of symbols. I don't always like to reveal what the loose representation of the symbols means to me.

I want you to be able to place your own meanings and memories on the work. In this way, the painting takes on a new life, a new flight.

Ultimately, I hope this painting lifts your spirit as it has done for me xo

Details: This is an original acrylic painting on a slim-edged canvas. It is framed in a natural oak tray frame (price includes framing). It is hand-signed on the front and back. It is sealed and varnished to prevent UV and moisture damage. * Please note colours may appear different on various screens and devices. National Shipping: Orders within the Republic of Ireland for original paintings are FREE.

International Shipping: An estimated shipping cost for orders outside of the Republic of Ireland will be calculated at check out and may require an additional invoice or refund after payment.

Original works of art are unique items to ship. We take the utmost of care in packaging your pieces to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Please allow up to 1 - 2 weeks from receipt of your order for your piece to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and care guide for your new piece of art.

FREE DELIVERY in Ireland on all Original Paintings. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for all orders outside of Ireland. 

PRINTS shipping details:

Each print is printed, hand cut, hand signed, packaged and shipped by Elouise from her Studio Gallery. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be shipped. 

All prints are shipped unframed, carefully wrapped in acid fee tissue paper and come in a sturdy tube. All print orders will be shipped via An Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a framing guide for your new beautiful artwork.

ALL OTHER ITEMS shipping details:

All other items are shipped via An Post. Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch your item within 1 - 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details.
